Welcome to the forum , dshaneb . As best as I can tell from your pic , your bottle is not pontiled . Open pontils are jagged , because they are broken off the blowpipe , and iron pontils usually have a graphite residue on them . I have a bottle like yours , and it is not pontiled . I bought mine at a bottle show for $5 , about 5 years ago .

Shane , the 4 dots on the bottom of your bottle are probably from vent holes in the mould . Clean it up real good , it should be a nice dark green and will look good with light shining through it .
