Need help with identifying a shard.

I was out exploring today, and I came across a shard of an aqua glass bottle. It seemed to have had a rectangular base, and an indented front panel. The only embossing on the shard was the words "& Carletin" written diagonally across it. I didn't take a picture of it, but I included a drawing of what it looked like.
