I am not suprised, although wouldn't be in my top 100. It is a piece of Americana and transcends bottle collecting.

i believe that cobalt blue fish bitters that switched hands at the baltimore was dug. and that was 100k

The coke is sort of an odd case since it was never made to be used.
The bottles we collect are production bottles.
But I assume no coke collector would turn it down.

I saw the other one at the coke museum in Atlanta[a cool place to go if in town there!] it is cool!!Hard to believe in 1979 I could have bought a few mint coke hutches [one with the mis-soelled CoCA COC] for 100 bucks a piece..lotta money then though and I was only into meds ...
