How rough is it? Kind of hard to tell from that photo, but looks like snapped off.

Thanks for the help, that it has no sharp edges was what makes me wonder, Except maybe it was improved some way. With the sheared lip and that on the bottom I was just wondering if it was old, to me it looks old.
