You get a good bit of snow in your area as well don't you Rick ?

Some winters over 50 inches. Last year we hardly got anything. I am praying for the same this year [:D]

Beautiful green, three piece mold, whiskey type bottle, until I looked on the base.
First decent bottle of the New Year. Not a high-ender but it will pay for gas and it's the first time I recall digging one...
What is it, you say? Look at the embossing in the next photo.

The kick up is embossed in two, actually three sections.
Outer ring --Leipziger Burgunder Wein Bitter
Inner recessed ring-- The Hochstadter Co
The very inner base- Large capital A

Guess it will go on the bay, unless someone makes me an offer...

Hey Kevin,
I haven't done a lot of cold water diving here (Michigan) but have a dry suit, so perhaps I'll try to talk Brian in to getting out this winter.... the lack of jet skis and clarity appeal to me.
Anyway, I found this interesting article. >>

Good luck- I give you a lot of credit.

Thanks for the link Bill. Im not sure my regulator is the problem. Since my last freeflow I brought it to the other dive shop in my area. I brought the reg in and they planned to de-tune it for winter (basically slowing the volume of air going through), its alittle bit harder to breathe but it helps with freeze ups. They discovered water in my sealed !st stage so they suspect the fills I have been getting have moisture in the air causing ice ups in the reg. Its a process of elimination 1st before I have to go buy a better one. Riverdiver has also given me some options. Make sure your dive shop changes their air filters and has dry air. I hope I can post something next weekend.

I haven't done too much digging in the past few months but was able to get out a couple days ago for about an hour. When things get frozen I like to dig a big deep ash dump; bottles are sparse but usually pretty decent.

Of 2 intact bottles this is the 1 keeper:
