6" TALL 2" Base looks like a early bromo, not sure? look at the next pictures, sand pontiled??? why a kick up base? any answers? no graphite, no pontil scar. not sure but I would guess it was some kind of one

They might have given it a kick-up to make it stronger and less likely to break. Looks like it worked, if that's the case.
