Recently found someone with Rousell's Mineral Water, other side Dyottville Glass Works, in a true teal color with an iron pontil. Did I mention it is near mint?

My question to the census is; how rare is this beauty, and what would something like this be worth? I ask because the seller, a non-bottle collector, wants a metric ton of cash for it (and an equal amount for a common green Seitz). It is definitely a nice bottle, but not worth shelling hundreds for. Hoped for a good deal.

Tried finding this bottle online, to no avail. I will post a pic next time I see it.
Surely, there is a reference book for these?
Thank ya all!

I would think that $150.00 would be max for that bottle. even in mint condition, unless it is a very rare shade of teal, a teal with a lot of green in it would be rarest..........

Andy,
Thanks for the range! I offered $200 cash, and it was a no-go. It is, by teal standards, the dark green Teal we all crave. You know, the teal that never seems to be real?!

Teal is pretty much defined to me as a strongly influenced blue into a dark green. It is more elusive than most any other color I've ever come across.

Still never said which it is. A picture would work wonders if you can get one.

It's Roussel Mineral Water. Phone tries to auto correct everything I type!

May get a picture next weekend, it's over a hundred miles from where I live.
