Small Unembossed Green Corktop Info

I was wondering what this green bottle's contents were. It is unembossed and it looks almost like a larkin soap bottle, but I could not find a unembossed variant online. Anyone have any information on it?

Did it take a ground stopper? Looks like a smelling salts bottle to me.
