last one i got...its an ariel from our newspaper of right off the river...the river had 10 foot cement walls on the edges by mainstreet and they flooded over the top into the surrounding area

Sorry to see all the damage, hope the water drains quickly. I live in Savage Minnesota and most of this State was spared. Friends of mine in Iowa and Wisconsin are having a really tough time though. Pictures probably dont really show the whole picture, hang in there! Brighter days ahead.

water levels around me are pretty much back to normal but a lot of people lost a lot of stuff..that was a crazy storm.

I really sorry to see all that dammage. Everyone there are in my thoughts and prayers right now as I type this. It must be so frightening to lose lots of stuff like photos that can't be replaced...... I hope you are safe and sound where you are as I just found this post.

The majority of my friends and family were all good...we are lucky were in a newer house or our basement would probably be done

I know the situation is bad for a lot of folks, but the aquatic center picture made me smile. Glad you're ok and you're bottles didn't float away.
