The late 70's was a bit later than Wolfman Jack and the AM radio cuts of less than 4 minutes. Not by much but still, this is what I remember from the tail end of AM.[

In fact some areas around the Island still broad cast only AM! [] although we did drop the hula skirts a few decades ago....[]
