Tide finally came in & chased me out. Found one last old milk laying high above the tide line on the way out, must have walked by it ten times without noticing it. Nothing spectacular in the end, but got a few interesting bottles along with some scrap brass/copper junk, it was a worthwhile waste of 3 hours, and some old bottles got saved from disappearing down the river. I'll go back in the spring when the real low tides arrive...
