Hello all!
Those two wide-mouth bottles were found recently and I'm curious what they were used for. Applied lip. They measure 8 1/2' tall, the wider one has three dots on the bottom.

Thanks,
Kost

Did you snap this picture with your teeth?

Cool bottles and early with that lip. I have no idea though . . .

Hey AJ! Yeah, been watching this forum off and on for about a year now and finally decided to join up. Just love all the digging stories and reports. Guess I'll have to start posting some myself...when I have something to brag about. Actually, I had a "first" here in So Cal a couple of weeks ago...dug a brick-lined privy! That's nearly unheard of in this part of the country. It was my first in 20 years of digging. All here are either unlined or redwood lined.

Drop by sometime...lots to catch up on!
