WARRANTED FLASK ERROR?

I recently got a warranted flask which I know about. I have several I have dug over the years. This particular one is unique (or I feel it is) It is missing the last two letters. You can ever so slightly see where the "ED" made a light impression on the raised lettering but definitely are not there. I was wondering if anyone had seen this before or know what this does from a collectors standpoint. Happy Digging everyone it is our time of the year to SHINE!!!

Interesting for sure, does it look like the "ED" was there in the mold at one time and peened out or is there no sign of the letters in the glass ?

It appears as though they just never stuck when the bottle was assembled. You can faintly see an impression in the right light but it is very faint.

Letters in the mold probably got filled with glass or other junk and they had not cleaned the mold. I wouldnt consider it an error mold , just manf. defect.

It may have had ED at one time, but I'm guessing it has taken some Viagra and cured the ED. [8D]

They made so many Warranted Flasks, there are bound to be errors like this. I like it! I have one that is ABM (machine made), but the S in Flask is backwards.
