I'm looking for a reputable website or book that has in depth information on companies of various bottles. Something like a database?

You'll need to be a bit more specific on which type of bottles you're interested in. There are some pretty comprehensive databases on specific types of bottles but with little or no information on the company, and some books with in-depth company information but only for a specific geographic area. There are hundreds of thousands of bottles out there in the US alone, so compiling in-depth information on every company would be a nearly impossible task without a huge team of researchers.
