Cleaning Bottle Insides

I have frequently used fish bowl gravel or small round 'pea' gravel. Works great and doesn't scratch.

Sifting/sifters

How many diggers sift? When I did most of my digging, we didn't know about that idea. In fact we didn't know much- just that we were finding old bottles that were worth packing home. Can't wait to get time to get back into it. Grandpa's dump hollow is my next target. Doug

Found about 90 yesterday!!!

I think I have the same bottle as you. The Bourjois. My sad label says, "Sening al Paris", "Talcum" "BOURJOIS" "NEW YORK. PARIS" oN THE BOTTOM, "BOURJOIS" "90Gm" with an 'x' and a '2' on the edge of the botom. I tried to work on the dark pic of milks,

Pre-1900 Land Fills

A dedicated digger you are. Was through your area a few years ago on my way to Santa Claus/Holiday World. We passed a wonderful cavern. Meant to get back but never made it yet. Good luck diggin.
