A Great Dig!

I got the chance to do some digging last night and today. A friend came by and helped out for a few hours this afternoon. All together I've got about nine hours in on this lot. Here's a look at everything that's come from there so far. Hopefully I'll be able to pull a few more out before it's over with! Chris

Thanks guys. It's definatly the best dig I've had in a while! Back in the spring I dug alot of nice stuff off the lot two doors up from here. I got alot of nice stuff up there to. I think the whole end of this street was a dump before they built houses on top of it in around 1910-20. The houses in the middle of the street are 1850's.

A sweet little jug intact with no chips or cracks. What a way to start of a morning!

God what a marble! I think it's a paneled onionskin? The biggest and best marble I've ever dug.
