Beer or Malt Extract ?

Hi! This bottle stands 7 3/4" high and is embossed
Johann Hoff Berlin across body. All others I've seen
on eBay have the name located right under neck.
Do you think this is a beer bottle or malt extract?

I have the bottle you mentioned that are sold on ebay. Do you know what they are selling for? I also have not been able to find info on these bottles

They are the same Johann Hoffs that are a malt extract I think. I've seen them look like the standard ones but with Berlin on the opposite shoulder but never seen the embossing on the side like that.

Hi hntr4f....I have seen lots of the Johann Hoff with
the embossing near neck on eBay, but unfortunately none of
them received bids. You can find them by searching for
Johann Hoff under completed sales.

And Eric, thanks for your input. I'm hoping that this variant
is scarce, as everything I've found shows the embossing right
under the neck.
