Few years back I got a deal on an old crock from overseas (Germany). It arrived with almost no packing & busted into 50 pieces, looked liked somebody just ran it over. Seller blamed it on USPS, said his country doesn't treat parcels that way. Anyway after a few nasty exchanges I got my money back. What really bothered me was a 200 year old antique was packed so carelessly. Somehow my wife was able to put the thing back together good enough that it looks pretty darn good up on the shelf.
