Holy Jesus! That is the most incredible chip I've ever seen! Mad cool man!

I'm figuring that there was no bubble or anything, as the "scalloped" curved lines or cleavage plane arcs which run up the chip probably wouldn't have been present in a bubble.

Seems like a one-in-a-million crazy fluke of an impact that hit at just the right angle to cause that wild "fluted" chip, Reminds me of fluted Clovis points.

I was thinking the same thing but it even curved with the shoulder of the bottle right up to the edge of the neck, whatever it was it is pretty cool. Thanks for making the point regarding pints and quarts, it has changed the way I will be writing my posts both here and abroad. [;)]

No, don't throw it away! [:D]

I wasn't trying to make a point or call you out about capacities of hutches or anything, I just thought there may have actually been such a thing as pint hutches. Nice close-ups BTW, looks like some great additions.
