Has anyone seen this bell bottle? Not wheaton.

Hi. I just got this large bell bottle, and cannot find any information on it. I have seen a bunch of bell bottles, some made by Wheaton, but all appear to be much smaller, and more compressed than this one. It stands 11" T x 7" W. It reads: "KLM AMERICAN CLASSIC - ORIGINAL ISSUE - SERIES NO.1 - HAND BLOWN 1976" on the bottom. The lid is made of procelain. The front of the bottle reads: "PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT ALL THE LAND - 1776. Has anyone ever seen one of these, or know if it is very collectible? Thanks, Travis
