The other side. The whole bottle has lots of funky stringy oddball lines/marks throughout bottle. Only Manufacturer mark I seen was G20. Leon.
oh wow that's a crazy looking one, the bottom is embossed or no?The other side. The whole bottle has lots of funky stringy oddball lines/marks throughout bottle. Only Manufacturer mark I seen was G20. Leon.View attachment 246676

Well I have ads from Winnipeg Aug 1918 that show the Hobble Skirt, yet on the other hand a photo from 1920 in Vancouver (Plant opening) shows a brand new truck with the SS on the side?...seems to have been a slow transition.Hi, Canada
Great bottle. Looks and sounds a lot like mine.
Attached ...
1. Your bottle
2. My bottle
3. Heel of LGW 19 (Not my bottle - just example of early Laurens Glass Works mark)
4. Saskatoon, Canada ad - April 1918 - Straight-side bottle*
5. Saskatoon, Canada ad - May 1918 - Hobble-skirt bottle*
*I don't know if the ads indicate the earliest switch from a straight-side bottle to a hobble-skirt, but they might?
