Just wondering if anyone has dug one of these. It is embossed D.G. HALL. I heard they were put out in Providence R.I. This one is old but it is not iron pontiled. Probably from the late 1860s. It is the second one in from the left.

It's a nice soda, a little plain but colored! I've seen quite a few of the smooth based ones. I believe they are from David G. Hall of Providence. Where did you dig it? The pontiled ones are tougher to find.

I dug it in central NY. It came out of a dump with a bunch of other squats from PA. I think the PA ones are more common than the R.I. ones. This one looks like it just missed being iron pontiled. I really love the teal color. The Clarke & White was dug right next to it. I'm from NH, I don't dig too many older colored squats like that one. Thanks for the information. Any guess as far as value? Its a keeper but I still wonder. Hope your getting out to dig some.

I have seen them go for $20-60, the latter end being in mint condition. I've seen the iron pontiled examples go for $60-120, the high end being mint in a Glass Works Auction. I passed one for $30 because I wasn't sure if it was from RI at the time (and I was young lol), so I'm still on the hunt.
