I dont know if you can tell from the pictures or not but this is a strap side flask not a seamside, and noticed in another post someone said strapsides are more desireable is this true?

No, strap sided are more common than seam sided flasks. They are newer, also.

Hi,

Yep strapsides are "newer", turn of the century. At one time i had 26 different strapsides from Washington DC . Some of the embossed straps sale very well. I sold five of the DC flasks on ebay, and they went for over $700, which wasnt to shabby for a couple days "work".
