Marbles... sounds like a cash crop. Good going. To think they were tossed as a useless item for adults. Lucky for us,huh.

All wrong! hahaha! It took us forever to figure it out too-I will give you a hint: (or 2!)

1. Think old apothecary bottles

2. Think hamsters...........hmmmm

Keep guessing! My son,then age 8, had a wonderful exhibit at the local library of all his bottles (dated and identified!) and all the marbles. One VERY old local Mainer knew what the marbles were from! Most have pontil marks!
