We had a 6.0 last year centered in Pennsgrove New Jersey which sits 15 miles west of Sewell where I live.
We shook here for about 15 seconds. There was no damage of any kind. You should be more concerned with
your walking earth quakes you have in your vincinity.[:D][:D]They more likely to damage your nice bottles.
Glad evreything is OK.Say hi to Joe,Take care Steve

Ha! That's cute. They're pretty good around the bottles, but we're still careful.

Hi Lauren, wow.. didn't think you had those earth shakers in your neck of the woods. We live on a volcano and get hit by them from time to time. I remember one back in 1976 that hit us good. 7.2 and lasted for 30 seconds. The earth rumbled and moaned. I thought it was the end of the world.[:(]

Well being a native Californian and having lived in some of the most earthquake prone areas in Cal(Los Angeles and San Francisco)Plus I live right by a fault.Felt lots of them from quick jolts to rollers like the Loma Prieta.I will take quakes to Tornadoes and Hurricanes anytime. But I was pretty surprised that Canada had a shaker. But there are faults all over the globe. So ya never know.
