After a dry spell I've had digging lately, finally had some good luck. No pontils, mostly turn of the century stuff, but got some goodies. enjoy the pics

I'll try this again.
Dug this first batch with Joel, up north. Got some common stuff, plus an amber local druggist, a scarce half pint Sanfords ink, and 4 fire engine candy containers.

Found a new spot yesterday, looks very promising. A bit older. Got an amber Lewiston Maine druggist, two early Ayers (base embossed) bottles, and an amber strap sided, nice whittles on it. Later got a Dr. Pierce , and a base embossed Hires blob.

Another new dump I found Friday. This one is right in the middle of an oldish neighborhood, down in a stream, I cant believe it hasn't been dug yet. Really easy slope digging, lots of mud. Got two milk crates full of more common bottles, a Portland milk, a nice cobalt Wyeth with the eye wash cup, some other stuff, lots of unembossed tooled lip meds. lots of abm and extract bottles mixed in. Great dump though, good potential.

Sorry the pictures stink, I took them fast, late last night. Last two, more stuff, another basket of commons, and the remnants of an old weather vane! Maybe some day I'll try to restore it.
