Wonder what the contents were... Some sort of medicinal mineral water type drink? I guess it was fairly normal for druggists to sell beverages, huh?

sweet bottle! Druggist often sold soda and the first fountains were in drug stores. Soda and mineral water was at first used for medicinal reasons...
