I was thinking about projects for next year.
I have been toying with the idea of doing an online open directory of medicine bottles.
Its a pretty large task as I think about it, definately a challenge.
I still have some logistical problems that may cause me to abandon it.
Here is an experimental start to it...

I just started the 'A' directory as a sample. Its not all filled in obviously.
I would like to hear people's thoughts and ideas on it.
What would make it more useful? I decided it wont have dollar values but I may still consider adding a rarity scale.

I built my first computer in 1977 from an 1802 CPU and discrete parts and it was much less capable than that thing[]

That is awesome Gunther ,if some one talked you out of doing that they probably would be tarred and feathered. I have not bought your medicine guide (i plan to this year ) so i do not know what it contains ,would this hurt sales (hope i don't get tarred and feathered) .Thanks again for super secret santa surprize (posted pics)

I was exchanging instant messages with my mom ..I was home at a dial-up one piece terminal, she was at work at Perkin-Elmer..in 1981.. I played a lot of "adventure" on that thing..

Matt,

I know that this would be quite a project, but having this online would really be convenient. Getting the initial information placed would be time consuming, however, after that it is strictly maintenance and new entries. With web access convenience, I would be able to check the site at a bottle show, on a call, or just about anywhere.

Nice easy to use format.
