it can be narrowed down a little more if you can count the vertical ribs in the shield the GI-117 has 10 bars the 121 has only 9 bars that would bring tit to # 117 or 119 or 120
i will break out the magnifiy glass and see if i can bring it down further
i can try but the most detailed diffrences are the liberty her self but the eagle can narrow down a little if you could get a picture like on a white backround with the 2 piece s 1 under the other i would like to try and see if i can get it narrowed down i am leaning more to 119 or 120 due to eagle both those state possably kenningston union company see ya bob

okay here we go but dont quote i maybe be wrong but for with the pictures you put out i am going to lean on these flask shards as belonging to the comparitivly scarce GI-121 due to the open beak and the parts of the back would match to the lockets of hair to the lower right of the flask and the fact of having 9 vertical bars in the sheild the shield alone bring it down to 121 or 122 it is hard to tell without a bigger chunk of the back of flask but it would be 1 of the 2 anyway the 122 is extremely rare only 1 recorded was clear the 121 has multiple colors sad to say the saphire blue 1 from the mckearin collection was noted to have disapperared in 1960 well enough you were asking about the age i read what i could find in mckearins book and ( quote from the book the physical charactoristisks of the motifs seem to early for 1847.when the kennsington first union glass works was revivedby hartell and lancasterprimarily for bottles and flasks and tnow i read after that there was no evidence that the flasks were made in the works between 1826 and 1844 when union glasscompany was an important producer of fine flint glassware ) oh well i can not pin point a good date and if would be just a guess humm maybe made between 1844 and 1847 hahaha i dont know i hope this helped alittle bit this information is on page 449 of mckearins book thanks and have fun hope you find more pieces of this one and good luck and hope you can find a whole one thanks bob
