Hey Matt, if someone has, I haven't been able to find it. I have gotten a lot of good info on them off the net but a lot of the info is redundant. I would love to see more info on these historic pieces . Robert J Dalessandro has a nice article on them (off Google) and fellow forum member Mike Russell (Pontilled) is a knowledgeable source, but as far as a book or pamphlet on strickly these bottles, I can't find one.

Hey Cap, yeah I wish they could talk. They made it from the Civil War , through the Indian Wars, and right up till 2003 when I plucked them out of the ground! It's not my retirement fund, but my two Grandson's inheritance![] I can only hope they don't sell them but when I'm worm food I guess I won't care anyways! LOL! I've got quite a few more but my camara is kinda suckin right now.
