I decided that the only way I was going to finally see these elusive bottler directories was to go to the Library of Congress itself. Paired with a trip to the Baltimore bottle show, it made for a very fruitful weekend! The Library of Congress had every book from 1927-2014 (save 1941). I took pictures of every year for RI, and every 5 years for some New England states. I wish I could have copied every book, but I think they would have frowned on that. If anyone has requests for New England (also Passaic, Paterson NJ and two years for Arizona), let me know and I can post them. Excerpt from RI bottlers in 1950

Awesome. Did you happen to get the Fall River, MA stuff. Pretty sure there weren't any bottlers in Westport, did they have milk bottlers listed though? Great work!
