Went Diggin Today & Got Paid For It!

Well me and Dave took personal days and went to Da dump. We got some stuff had a good time as always and stared our weekend a day early.[8D]

We got a a cool bottle at the end check it out.

Has anyone ever seen this one? I thought I dug a shard of it once but i'm not sure. Is it common or worth a couple billion [] Either way its a cool bottle.

You may have to move a ton of ash in the Badgers dump but sooner or later a good one pops out. Is this a common Philly bottle? Or ?? I never dug one.

very cool bottle. I beleive I would catagorize it generally as a medicine or more specifically a nutritional supplement. Probably for invalids or TB patients.
They patented it in the late 1880s.
I have only seen one before. A very nice style with the neck ring.

I may be wrong on the the purpose of the medicine. I read a couple things that indicated there were some drunkenness cures made from extracts of oats and barley. If thats what it is it would make it much more interesting. Need to do some more research.
The google books function seems to currently be not working well.

Whats it worth??? what do you care, you never sell anything.
