Thanks for the link, Marjorie!! We found it very interesting. Joe told me I should check it out. I have a Hoyt's and never knew the history of it. I always wanted to visit the New Orleans Vodoo museum. I will take my Hoyt's bottle with me the next time I buy a lotto ticket!

i let this one walk away several times . hes very young . i wound up with close to 600 photos on my camera and had to wait for repairs to view them . got to browse through last night . sam

shoulder mounts here are about 600. my son wanted that done to the one he killed saturday . i told im if he had shot it in bow season we would have , but hopefully he will get a bigger one before the season is over . if not i think i can occupy him with hogs . congrats to you hope you have a good place to hang it , looks like its gonna be a big mount a real trophy . sam

Not to worry, the cost is about the same here. 550 bucks is the going rate for a shoulder mount in CA.
