Goodyear did sell breast pumps with their name on the box. I found the glass part of one this summer. Mine has the same flared opening but is 4" tall and has a bulb on the side to catch the liquid. I think they just manufactured the rubber squeeze bulb and not the glass part and you are probally on the right track. Is there a hole going through the center? If not Epackage might of solved it for you.

Thanks for the replys, yes there is a hole thru the center, I wasn't sure cause most pumps I've seen and dug had a separate part in the glass to catch fluid?
