1 gal Chemical bottles

I got these two large bottles for $10. The only mark is a G on the bottom. One is turning purple the other light green. The cloudiness is due to moisture. Are they worth more than that? Are they chemical bottles or medicine?

With the glass stopper I would assume it is some sort of Apothecary bottle that may have held some chemicals.
It's a good buy for $10.00 and I imagine they are worth more to a collector of Apothecary bottles.

Only thing I have on a G is 1900, I had four of those jars, but mine had larger ground throats and tops and they turned color. Sold for $20.00 each.
