I talked to Kathy and she said she is working on getting the PSBCA going again. She is currently working on a new issue of The Soda Fizz. I volunteered to help her in any way possible to get things rolling.

Kathy still seems like she has some health issues going on and is not back to 100%. Unfortunately, I did not think to ask her how long it would be before the next issue of the Soda Fizz is ready for mailing. If I hear anything else I will post it here.
