Mystery bottle???

I dug this fragment of what appears to be an 1870 to 1880 Trenton, NJ soda/beer embossed "Thomas & C??????". The writing at the bottom starts "T". I assume Trenton, NJ since most of the bottles from that site were from Trenton.
I have not been able to find any listing for this bottler in Trenton, nothing even close.
I would appreciate any information you can provide if you've seen a complete bottle.

If it is Trenton, then it is not listed on Tod von Mechow's site sodasandbeers.com, so it is probably a rare one. If not Trenton, there was a Thomas & Co. in Troy, NY. I didn't find any bottles matching yours exactly, but maybe it is an unlisted variant of it? There is one embossed "THOMAS & DUNDEE", and this "Thomas" was in a few partnerships, so maybe he was partnered with someone with a last name beginning with C at one point? Just a suggestion. It's a crier either way!

I would assume it is Trenton as the second letter of the town appears to be the start of an "R." Also based on the monogram, you can assume the second name starts with a "C." Try expanding your search on firms that could have bottled soda water. Try druggists, taverns, confectioners, or grocers.
