Hello Rick,
Yeah he is not afraid to get dirty when it comes to finding stuff. He is just like me when I was 13. He actually started scuba diving with me when he was 11. He was privy digging with us before that. The quest for bottles and other junk/treasure is in his blood for sure. The funny thing is I was up and down this river when I was his age and found some great bottles almost in the same area. The mud is 2 feet deep in places and lots of acreage to explore. It is always changing and the opportunity to get in there at "Low Tide" doesn't happen very often, timing is everything.
