Well, here's what I think Rich. Either your lying or haven't seen the icon inserts that can describe LOL, wonderment etc.. in the post.
That or you Googled it.[]
Anyway, search about the hotel, I'm still thinking that. It fits right in with the time frame of 1900 to whenever.
If your local to there the books will be more trustworthy that the internet , especially if they're old directories etc..

Thanks i tried searching and didnt find that hotel in schenectady.I am from south glens falls an hour north of albany area.My guess is its not a hotel but maybe a german immigrant that had a beverage company.Possibly special american having something to do with immigration naturalization but who knows i cant find any info.
