I can see him holding on to it for a while, expecting to get more for it than it's worth.

Look at it this way.....................it's not really a Coke bottle.................interesting and unique that may be true, but it's also a failed/rejected prototype. One of none, and w/out the Coca Cola in script it's just a bottle.

Would you rather have a bottle and say "Check this out, the first Coke bottle."

or

............."Check this out, Coke rejected this bottle in favor of another."

After all, did he not say Coca Cola was not interested........................rejected in 1916 and again in 2013.

Say it again............................it is not a Coca Cola bottle.

Maybe my logic is failing, but that's the way I see it.

Am I looking at the picture wrong or doesn't that prototype bottle have "Coca Cola" in script embossed on the side?

I've sold 14 bottles to the sheik, Pepsi and Coke. I'm at a point that if I want new ****, I have to sell old ****. One girl taking horse lessons, one in dance and a son that just turned 16 leaves no extra money to add to a collection. So the sheiks big spending came right on time for me. If he ever pays.

The nyalthani ebay ID payed for two Coke bottles last night. All the rest are Pepsi's and were won by the vip.s Ebay ID. Yeah my hands are full but I still get the bills paid. The money from Ebay is just extra.

it may have been rejected but it is a rejected Coca-cola bottle,not some no-name bottle,it was meant for only one purpose to be a coca-cola bottle in use,it was rejected as that but it didn't stop being that.
