Amazon doesn't turn up too much recently published material on collecting bottles, but at the Baltimore Bottle Show, there was a plethora of self-published books available.. What are some books that every digger/collector should own?
We only have two bottles from there. We have a Gant's and a Guernsey Dairy, both ACL. We saw a Cooper's Dairy with a baby face neck, but the guy wanted more than we were willing to pay for it. Would be interested in any others with clean ACLs, and any other Elmer bottles. Thank you!
I used to get permission to metal detect all the time when I was a kid by knocking on doors, but I didn't look even remotely threatening... and now that I live outside of Baltimore, I just don't see people opening their door to me... but I'll give it the old college try.
