Found off Florida Keys. Thought maybe foreign since no markings but same bottle also found in New England. Any ideas? 10.25” tall. About 2.75 across heel. Pretty hefty in weight.
Very large heavy bottle 12.5 inches high. Most similar found on internet say blue but this one is green. Struggling a little with date. Maybe 1920’s to 30’s? All help welcome.
Happy Hello to bottle hunters everywhere! Looking for more info on the darker green version of this Cuban beer. (enclosed) Guessing 1930's. Heel says N4H. Have googled, but not a lot of info beyond Tivoli produced this beer at one time in Havana. Hoping full bottle picture doesn't come in...
Does anyone have information on this mark? Not found in Toulouse. Appears to be a beer bottle. Found off the South Florida coast. Maybe foreign.
Thanks for any help

Hey all you HeMan bottle diggers! Small, but mighty, woman needs digging strategy advice. (No this is not my latest personal ad) [;)]

Hope all my bottle hunting friends are doing well. Even though I havent posted in awhile, still been huntin'.
Would love any additional information on this one. Found yesterday on a wooded hillside buried under rocks and dirt.
From my research it might be a half gallon ball jar...
Has anyone ever found one of these? I will try to get a pic. From reserach it looks like Thatcher was mostly milk bottles, although they went into these shorter beer bottles later. Cant find out much about the numbers on the base. It doesnt correspond with any of the plant and date codes I...
Does anyone know the history of small, probably common bottles that have no hallmarks? Were they generally made locally? Recently found a small, clear medicine bottle with applied lip and no hallmark. Not the first time, so wondered. I will try to post picture later.
Just got back from the coral island where I have looked for old homesteads and bottles for years. Have found a few, but very labor intensive, as there are no noticeable privy or dump pits. What they did with their trash has escaped me. Digging a pit would be very difficult because of the...
Does anyone know anything about the company that made these or what type of medicine the bottle held? Saw one on ebay that is pretty much the same, but no info on the medicine or company.
I will post a picture later although I think it is pretty common and some of you will know what it...
I decided to stay out of the poison ivy, so tried the creek yesterday. This beauty was left by the receding waters.
Couldnt find anything in Dogpile on the Queen City Bottling Company, but looks like one of those pre hobble skirt Coke bottles when Coke would let the local companies...
Been following you guys for a while as you dig these huge holes and find jillions of bottles. I've been mostly a "look for bottles lying on top of the ground" hunter. But I have followed your methodology closely and bought a probe, some bottle brushes etc. It just seemed like too much work...
Has anyone ever found one of these? Have any additional info? I did find the Lion BRrwery operated briefly in Cincinnati. My brother found this over the hill at his house near the river.
