nope, side straddle warrented flask with top completely broken off. Only thing I found were some buttons, white pajama and some mother of pearl.I'm too embarrassed to photo them. Dug for about 5 hrs, lost 20 pounds of sweat. got some fresh air.

Gave up after 2 hrs and moved to differend spot. Another hole we had success with in the past. It dried up, but I wanted to try going deeper. Here are some heartbreakers.
After an hour and 2 bottle caps later, I decided to call it quits. Went to "Old Faithfull" spot with somewhat low hopes, but had an idea where I wanted to try. Damn sticker bushes have taken over.

I first decided to break out the metal detector on a piece of property I noticed they started building on. Farm on next property over says built circa 1740.
Lets hope he holds off for mem weekend so you have more time to dig. plus he'll be at a barbacue and not watching you. they always think theres a fortune in bottles available, but they don't go digging for them. I think it ittitates them that someone else will do what they are too lazy to do...
Just read this in local paper, first time I had heard about it. Antiseptic mouth rinse kills ticks on contact. Also, soak some tissues with mouthwash and place it on a tick allready imbedded. Tick will release its grip and back out. You can also entomb a tick in scotch tape and dispose of it...
Thanks everyone. The snakes have me a little concerned, they were agressive, maybe because they were young. I don't want to run into mama. A lot of roots on the hill, makes it a little difficult to dig. Stuff wasn't deep. I wonder if they threw everything out at once when they were cleaning out...
